AC Milan 2014-2015 Home Shirt - Kaká No.22 (M)

Light wear on the Fly Emirates sponsor: the off-white of the letters has fibred slightly in places, visible only in macro (photo 6). No lifting letters, no cracking. At normal distance the sponsor looks intact.

📐 Flat measurements

Lay flat a shirt that already fits you well, measure it the same way and compare — vintage sizing is often very different from new.

Very good condition, apart from the light sponsor wear flagged above. The red and black stripes are crisp with no fading, including at the underarms, and the varying stripe widths read perfectly. The white KAKA' No.22 nameset is flawless, with the ACM monogram built into the foot of each digit. The embroidered St George's cross crest is intact, with its gold star above it. Both sleeve patches — Serie A TIM and the UEFA 7-title badge — are firmly stitched. Two-button round collar with no stretching, crisp Adidas shoulder stripes. Washed and inspected in my workshop, no odour.

• Original Adidas label photographed (photo 4): production date 04/14, reference D87224 and internal code AZB001. D87224 is the exact reference of the 2014-2015 AC Milan home shirt
• The crest is the simplified 2014-2015 version (photo 3): a white shield with the red cross of St George, the small ACM 1899 monogram at bottom right and the gold star set above it, outside the shield. No other Milan shirt carries this version — the other seasons use the classic round crest
• The UEFA 7-title badge is stitched on the left sleeve (photos 1 and 2): the stylised trophy with the number 7, reserved for clubs with at least five European Cups. It is woven grey-on-grey fabric, not printed
• The ACM monogram is built into the foot of each digit (photo 5): a small crest inside the first 2 and the second. That is the signature of the season's official nameset
• The stripes are woven at varying widths (photos 2 and 3): the pattern alternates wide black bands with reds of several thicknesses, in an irregular rhythm specific to this season. Copies even out the widths

📖 The St George's cross shirt

For 2014-2015, Adidas did something Milan had never done: replace the historic round crest with the white shield and red cross of the city of Milan. One season, one shirt.

🛡️ A crest unique in the club's history. The St George's cross shield, emblem of the city of Milan, replaced the round ACM crest for a single season. No other rossoneri shirt carries it.

⭐ The 7-European-Cup badge. On the left sleeve, the stylised trophy stamped with a 7: AC Milan is the second most decorated club in Europe, behind Real Madrid.

🇧🇷 Kaká, the rossonero 22. Ballon d'Or winner in 2007 in this shirt, the Brazilian remains one of San Siro's most loved players. On his return to the club he wore the number 22.

🎨 Red, black and an irregular rhythm — Adidas dropped the regular wide stripes for a play of bands of several thicknesses, from bright red to burgundy, separated by black. Black buttoned round collar, three white stripes on the shoulders: a dense, instantly recognisable shirt.
