Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose the club I will receive?

No, the principle of the Mystery Box is surprise. But you can specify in the order notes the clubs you do NOT want (example: "no PSG"). I adapt to your rivalries and general preferences (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, etc.) according to my stock.

What happens if I really don't like the jersey?

If the jersey is in perfect condition and authentic (which will always be the case), I do not refund simply because it is not liked — that's the game of the Mystery Box. But you can resell it on Vinted (most of the jerseys I send are below their market value, so they can be resold without loss). For a guaranteed refund, get a specific jersey from my collection rather than the Mystery Box.

Standard or Deluxe: how to choose?

Choose Standard (€44) if you want a modern jersey suitable for everyday wear, from 2010 to the present. Choose Deluxe (€89) if you are a collector and are looking for a rare piece (vintage pre-2010, star flocking, Authentic version) with a guaranteed minimum value of €120. For a gift to a true enthusiast, Deluxe is always the right choice.

Is the jersey new or used?

Most jerseys sent are second-hand items in excellent condition (minimum 9/10 rating on my scale). Some items may be new with tags, especially in the Deluxe Edition. All are individually hand-authenticated before shipping.

How do I check that my jersey is authentic?

Can I give the Mystery Box as a gift?

Yes, it's an ideal gift for any football fan. Simply indicate your shipping address (not the recipient's, unless you want them to receive it directly). No paper invoice is included in the package by default.
