📖 Season history:

A foundational season for a future giant of European football! Olympique de Marseille wore this black Third shirt, crossed by an asymmetrical grey cross bearing the Neuf Telecom sponsor. Arriving discreetly from Turkey, Franck Ribéry (No. 7) quickly became the darling of the Vélodrome. With his vivacity, his swaying dribbles, and his carefree attitude, "Ti' Franck" blazed through Ligue 1 defenses, earned his place for the 2006 World Cup, and captivated the hearts of Marseille supporters.

Key players: Mamadou Niang, Samir Nasri, Taye Taiwo, Lorik Cana, Fabien Barthez.
