⚠️ Read this before buying

The shirt is new, with its Nike cardboard tag still attached — visible in photos 1, 2 and 5. It has never been worn or washed. The KANTÉ 13 nameset was already on it when I acquired it: this is not a workshop application. In other words, you get a shirt that was personalised and then never taken out of its packaging — the most sought-after configuration on a national team shirt, and by far the rarest.

📐 Flat measurements

Width (pit to pit) 48 cm
Length (shoulder to hem) 73 cm

A regular-fit Nike S: neither tight nor loose, with a good body length. Lay flat a shirt that fits you well, measure it the same way and compare.

Condition

New with tags

Nothing to report: the shirt has never been worn. The white is immaculate, without the faintest shading at the armpits or collar. The fine blue and red pinstripes are crisp and perfectly straight over the full height — they are woven into the knit, not printed on it, so they will not fade in the wash. The embroidered rooster is dense with no pulled threads, and both stars are sharp. The navy ribbed collar and the sleeve cuffs show no distortion.

100% AUTHENTIC

✦ Lifetime authenticity guarantee

Item checked by hand in my authentication workshop. If anything you buy from me is ever identified as a fake, I refund in full. No expiry date.

  • Cross-referenced double check: the inner label (photo 6) carries FJ4273-100, batch SU241002NAC, size S. The Nike cardboard tag (photo 5) carries the same reference FJ4273-100. The SU24 prefix means the summer 2024 collection — precisely the Euro window. On fakes these two numbers diverge or the tag is missing
  • The stripes are woven into the knit, not printed: turn the shirt inside out and they show through in negative. A copy prints them on the surface, and the inside stays plain white. It is the fastest test on this model
  • The rooster is dense embroidery on a cut white backing, body in gold thread, red comb, green base (photo 4). This is the "retro" rooster the FFF revived for this collection. The two stars above it are embroidered separately
  • The FFF crests are built into the 1 and the 3, printed in the same pass as the digit (photo 3). That is the signature of official national team namesets
  • Real photos of the exact item for sale, never stock images — full method in my authentication guide

🛠️ Workshop note — A shirt that is new with tags and already personalised is a combination you rarely come across, and it deserves an explanation. It corresponds to a shirt customised at the point of sale — in an official store the nameset is applied on site before handover — and then never worn. That is also why the nameset here is flawless: no wash, no friction, not the slightest onset of crazing in the vinyl. For comparison, on a shirt genuinely worn for a season the edges of the digits already show micro-cracking. Nothing of the sort here. I touched nothing on this piece: it arrived exactly as you see it.

📖 The return of N'Golo Kanté

Nobody expected him at Euro 2024. Kanté had not played for France in nearly two years, he had left for Saudi Arabia, and many considered the chapter closed. Didier Deschamps called him back. Against Austria, in the opening match, he was named man of the match.

🇪🇺 Euro 2024, in Germany. France reached the semi-final and lost to Spain. That is this shirt's tournament.

🐓 The retro rooster returns. For this collection the FFF brought back an embroidered rooster of older inspiration, more drawn and more colourful than the modern logo — an aesthetic choice praised well beyond French supporters.

🏴 Asymmetric pinstripes. Blue on the left, red on the right, on white: the flag rebuilt in fine woven lines. One of the most elegant France away shirts in twenty years.

1️⃣3️⃣ Kanté's 13 — his number for France since 2016, from the 2018 world title to this last major tournament. A discreet nameset for a player who always was.

❓ Frequently asked questions

How can a shirt be new AND already personalised?

It is the classic case of a shirt customised at purchase: in an official store the nameset is applied on site before the shirt is handed over. This one was then never worn or washed, and its cardboard tag stayed attached. The result is a nameset without the slightest onset of crazing, which never happens on a genuinely worn shirt.

How do I verify the shirt is authentic?

Two moves are enough. Cross-check the references: the inner label and the cardboard tag both carry FJ4273-100. Turn the shirt inside out: the stripes show through in negative, because they are woven into the knit. On a copy the inside stays plain white. You can check the reference yourself.

Why is the number also on the front?

It is a feature of this model: the FFF put the player's number back on the chest, in blue, below the rooster — a nod to the French shirts of the 2000s that already did it. Poor replicas often forget this front number.

What is the "retro rooster"?

An embroidered crest of older inspiration, more drawn and more colourful than the stylised rooster of the 2010s: gold-thread body, red comb, green base, cut white outline. The FFF revived it for the 2024 collection, and it is one of the things that made this shirt a success well beyond the French audience.

How does this S fit?

Normally. 48 cm pit to pit and 73 cm long: a regular-fit Nike S, neither slim like the Pro versions nor roomy like vintage cuts. If you wear S off the shelf, it should fit.

What about shipping cost and delivery time?

Dispatched within 48 working hours with tracked Colissimo (€5.99 within mainland France, free over €100). International rates and delivery times are detailed in my shipping FAQ. Returns accepted within 14 days if unworn.
