France 2016 Away Shirt - Griezmann No. 7 (L)

The white is clean, with no discolouration at the collar or underarms, and the finely striped blue and red sleeves have kept all their contrast. The embroidered cockerel is flawless and the GRIEZMANN 7 lettering is smooth with no cracking. The only thing to note: a tiny light mark at the bottom of the back, to the left of the 7, barely noticeable (photo 6).

Griezmann, king of Euro 2016

For the first time since 1984, France hosted the European Championship. Antoine Griezmann, fresh from a Champions League final with Atlético Madrid, became its face.

7 July 2016: semi-final in Marseille against Germany, the reigning world champions. Griezmann scored both goals in the 2-0 win.

10 July 2016: the final at the Stade de France was lost to Portugal (0-1 after extra time). Griezmann finished as the tournament's top scorer with 6 goals and was named best player.

Two years later, the same Griezmann lifted the World Cup in Russia: this Euro remains the first stone of the 2018 world champion generation.
