Excellent condition
Very good overall condition for a ten-year-old shirt: no holes, no snags, Totti No.10 printing intact and patches perfectly in place. The only flaw found during inspection: a few very faint micro-stains on the lower back, unavoidable on a light cream base — visible in photo 6. I would rather show them to you than let you discover them.

📖 2016-2017: the Capitano's farewell season
Some shirts tell the story of a season. This one tells the end of an entire life in yellow and red. 2016-2017 is Francesco Totti's final season at AS Roma — the only club of his career, from his debut in 1993 to his last match. This cream away shirt, with no main sponsor, is one of the most understated and elegant of the Nike era in Rome.
📅 28 May 2017 — Roma 3-2 Genoa. Francesco Totti's last match at the Stadio Olimpico. A stadium in tears, a letter read out on the microphone, and the end of 25 seasons in the same shirt. Nobody in modern football has done that.
🏆 A runner-up season. Roma finished Serie A as runners-up behind Juventus, with one of the best attacks in the league. A final high-level dance for the No.10.
🌍 The Europa League patch. This shirt carries the 2016-2017 European competition badge: it is the version worn on European nights, Totti's last continental campaign. Past the age of 40, he was still scoring in it.
👑 Francesco Totti — born in Rome in 1976, he never wore any shirt other than his home city's. All-time top scorer in AS Roma history, Italian champion in 2001, world champion in 2006 with Italy, European Golden Shoe in 2007. The last great one-club man of Italian football.

Is the shirt 100% authentic?
Yes. Original Nike inner label with product code 776962-001 (photo 4), embroidered crest, compliant UEFA patches. Authentication carried out in my workshop, real photos of the exact item sold, lifetime authenticity guarantee.
Why is there no sponsor on the chest?
During this period AS Roma played without a main shirt sponsor. The result is a rarely understated design, where the crest and the swoosh stand alone on the cream. That is exactly what makes these shirts so wearable today.
How noticeable are the micro-stains?
They are very small diffuse marks on the lower back, visible in photo 6 only in close-up. From a metre away, on the shirt worn, they are invisible. I report them on principle: my job is transparency, not surprises.
How does this M fit?
50 cm pit to pit and 71 cm in length, flat measurements given above. This is a slim M, in keeping with Nike cuts of the period. If you want a loose or streetwear fit, go one size up.
