I couldn't find anything to fault. The yellow is bright and even with no dullness, the tone-on-tone stripes in the fabric are regular, and the crest and Umbro logo are flawless. The blue V-neck and cuffs are not stretched, and the blue side piping is clean from top to bottom.

✦ Lifetime authenticity guarantee
Piece checked by hand in my authentication workshop. If a piece bought from me ever turned out not to be authentic, I refund it in full. No expiry: only original pieces, never modern reissues.
Umbro size label covering several regions (XL USA, GB and Europe, XXL Asia) with multilingual care instructions (photo 4)
“Tailored by Umbro” label sewn into the collar, specific to this generation of shirts (photo 3)
Embroidered SvFF crest: yellow cross, Svenska Fotbollförbundet lettering and sharp stylised ball (photo 3)
Fabric and finishing: tone-on-tone horizontal stripes woven into the knit, embroidered Umbro diamond on the chest and lower front (photo 2)
Workshop note — Umbro did not print a small readable product code on these shirts, so I rely on the Tailored by Umbro collar label, the multi-region size label and the crest embroidery. The tone-on-tone stripes must be woven, not printed: that is the case here.
Zlatan and the Blågult
In 2010, Sweden missed the World Cup in South Africa. Umbro then launched its Tailored by Umbro line, and it was in this yellow shirt that the Blågult set off again in pursuit of a major tournament, built around Zlatan Ibrahimović.
2010-2011: Ibrahimović leaves Barcelona for AC Milan, with whom he wins the Scudetto in May 2011.
October 2011: Sweden beat the Netherlands 3-2 and qualify for Euro 2012 as the best group runner-up.
Sweden's all-time top scorer with 62 goals, Ibrahimović remains inseparable from the yellow and blue 10.
On this Umbro generation, no small model code is readable on the label as with adidas or Nike. Authentication relies on the Tailored by Umbro label, the size label, the embroidery and the weave of the fabric.
Has the shirt been worn?
It no longer has a swing tag, but I found no sign of wear: no pilling, no fading, no stretched collar. That is why I give it 10/10.
How can I check the shirt is authentic?
Look inside the collar: the label should read “Tailored by Umbro” with the red diamond. Then run your hand over the fabric: the horizontal stripes are woven into the knit, you can feel them.
How does this XL fit?
Wide but fairly short: 60 cm pit to pit and 77 cm long. It will suit a broad build that isn't looking for a long shirt.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipped within 24-48 h with tracking: €5.99 in France, €9.99 to the EU, free from €99.99. You have 14 days to send the shirt back if it doesn't suit you. All the details in my shipping FAQ.
