Juventus 2004-2005 Away Shirt - Ibrahimovic No.9 (S)

The navy is still deep, the pale pink stripes are sharp and the embroidered crest is intact. The IBRAHIMOVIC 9 print is clean and lies flat. Two points to know, normal for a twenty-year-old piece: the Sky Sport sponsor shows wear and fine cracking (photo 6), and a few small pulled threads are visible up close on the sleeve, around the patch (photo 7). No holes, no tears.

Ibrahimovic lands in Turin

At the end of August 2004, Fabio Capello brought in a 22-year-old Swedish striker with a unique profile from Ajax: Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He took the number 9 and formed a formidable attack with Alessandro Del Piero and David Trezeguet.

2004-2005 season. In his first year in Serie A, Ibrahimovic scored 16 league goals and became one of the faces of this Juventus side.

Juventus finished top of Serie A, but the title was stripped by the sports courts in 2006 as part of Calciopoli. Ibrahimovic would join Inter after the following season.

This navy and pink away shirt, with the Sky Sport sponsor, was worn for a single season: one of the most distinctive colourways in bianconeri history.
