Under José Mourinho, Real Madrid produced the greatest La Liga campaign ever recorded: 100 points, 121 goals scored, +89 goal difference, 32 wins from 38 games. A record that still stands today.
📅 2 May 2012 — Athletic Bilbao 0-3 Real Madrid. Real Madrid mathematically clinch their 32nd Spanish league title with two games to spare, ending four years of Barcelona's Guardiola-era dominance.
📅 2011-2012 season — Cristiano Ronaldo, 46 La Liga goals. A personal league record, backed by Benzema (21 goals) and Higuaín (22 goals). Ronaldo became the fastest player to reach 100 La Liga goals that same season.
