Remarkable for a white shirt from 2016. The white is still bright, the CAVANI No.9 printing is perfectly bonded, the Ooredoo back sponsor and the Fly Emirates front print show no cracking, the crest and orange swoosh are flawless. One honest reservation: a tiny greyish mark on one sleeve, shown close-up in photo 6. No holes, no stains, no fading.

📖 2016-2017: the year Cavani took over
In summer 2016 Zlatan Ibrahimović left Paris. PSG lost their scorer, their number and their character. Edinson Cavani, until then often pushed out wide to leave him the centre, finally got the striker's role. What followed is the finest individual season by a Paris forward.
📅 2016-2017 season — Cavani top scorer in Ligue 1 with 35 goals. A tally that remains one of the highest in the modern history of the league, and by far his personal best.
📅 49 goals across all competitions. In a single season the Uruguayan broke the club record. "El Matador" definitively ended the debate about whether he could carry the Paris attack on his own.
📅 27 May 2017 — PSG 1-0 Angers, Coupe de France final. Denied the Ligue 1 title (taken by Monaco), Paris rescued the season with the Coupe de France, the League Cup and the Trophée des Champions.
👑 Edinson Cavani — signed from Napoli in 2013, he left Paris in 2020 as the club's all-time top scorer, a record he held until Mbappé. The No.9 of 2016-2017 is the one from his peak.

What is the difference with the Champions League version?
Three things: this shirt carries the LFP logo built into the printing, the Ooredoo back sponsor, and its sleeves are plain. The European version has neither LFP nor Ooredoo, but carries the UEFA starball and RESPECT patches. That is the first thing a collector checks.
Is this PSG shirt authentic?
Yes. The Nike label photographed (photo 5) carries reference 776919-102, size M, matching the PSG 2016-2017 third. Add the embroidered iridescent orange swoosh, the high-definition heat-applied crest, the "ICI C'EST PARIS" collar and the official LFP printing. Guaranteed for life.
What exactly is the flaw?
A tiny greyish mark on one sleeve, shown close-up in photo 6. That is the only reservation: invisible at wearing distance and it affects neither the printing nor the sponsors. Hence the 9.5/10 rating despite this being a white shirt from 2016.
Is the Cavani printing official?
Yes, it uses the official Ligue 1 font for that season, with the LFP logo built into the base of the number 9 (visible in photo 4). Exactly the look of the shirts worn in the league.
How does this M fit?
Fitted. Measured flat: 52 cm pit to pit and 73 cm long. Nike shirts in 2016 used a fairly close stadium cut. If you wear a M and like a relaxed fit, go one size up.
