📖 Season History:
The 2014-2015 season was marked by the emotional return of Shinji Kagawa to Signal Iduna Park. The Japanese player recovered his beloved number 7 and scored in his first "comeback" match against Freiburg. Although difficult in the league (the last season for Jürgen Klopp), the team shone in the Champions League with this jersey, finishing first in their group ahead of Arsenal before being eliminated by Juventus (future finalists).
