📖 2020-2021: Cherki, the gem of Lyon's academy
Rayan Cherki, trained at OL's academy and one of the youngest players to debut for the club, already carried the hopes of Lyon's youth movement during this 2020-2021 season. Olympique Lyonnais were competing on the European stage at the time, as shown by the UEFA Champions League patch stitched on the sleeve of this away shirt.
This thin black-striped shirt, carrying the Emirates sponsor and the OL Fondation logo, captures a pivotal period for the Rhone club, driven by a generation of home-grown young talents.
