Under Lucien Favre's command, Gladbach's "Foals" delivered a great Bundesliga season and qualified for Europe with this very pure white home jersey, accented with black and green stripes. At the heart of the game, young Swiss international Granit Xhaka (number 34) established himself as a true leader.
