No flaws. The white has not yellowed, neither at the underarms nor at the collar — the first thing I check on a light shirt of this age. The hexagonal shoulder pattern is perfectly crisp, with no flattened areas and no bleed between the grey and dark green dots. The Chevrolet logo, printed in raised chrome and gold, has no cracking at all — by far the most fragile part of this shirt. The IBRAHIMOVIĆ 9 print is flawless, accent included. Embroidered crest intact, Europa League and RESPECT patches perfectly bonded, dark green V-neck with no stretching, no pilling.

📖 Zlatan, Mourinho and the Europa League
2016-2017 is a season apart at Old Trafford: a new manager, a 35-year-old striker signed on a free, and a European trophy the club had never won.
🏆 Europa League winners in 2017. United beat Ajax in the Stockholm final and won the one major European competition missing from their honours list. The patch on this shirt's sleeve comes from that campaign.
⚡ The Zlatan season. Signed on a free from PSG at 35, Ibrahimović finished as the club's top scorer with 28 goals in all competitions, before a serious knee injury in April 2017.
📅 José Mourinho's first season. He arrived in the summer of 2016 and won three trophies in his first year: Community Shield, EFL Cup and Europa League.
🎨 A white and dark green third — a long way from the usual red and black, with hexagonal shoulders adidas never used again. One of the most recognisable shirts of the period.

Is the Chevrolet logo cracked?
No, and it is the most important point on this shirt. The Chevrolet bowtie is a multi-layer chrome and gold transfer: it is always the first thing to crack in the wash. Here it is intact, with no micro-fissures at all. Wash at 30 °C inside out to keep it that way.
Why the Europa League patch and not Champions League?
Because United played in the Europa League that season — and won it. The patch therefore identifies the European-night version of 2016-2017. The Premier League version of the same shirt carries the purple lion patches instead.
Has the white yellowed?
No. No yellowing at the underarms, no ring at the collar, no greyish patches. The white is even across the whole surface, including around the hexagonal shoulder pattern. The photos show the exact item sold.
