⚠️ Read this before buying

This shirt has one pulled thread under the collar, at the back, where the burgundy trim meets the body. You can see it in photo 6 — I'm not hiding it. The knit isn't pierced and it disappears once the shirt is worn. It's the only reason this isn't a 10/10.

Excellent condition

The white is clean and bright, with no grey cast and no underarm marks — the first thing I check on a light shirt more than ten years old. The burgundy and petrol blue bands have kept their depth, and the grey band at the hem hasn't dulled. The embroidered crest is crisp, the collar and cuffs show no stretching. Only flaw: the pulled thread under the collar described above (photo 6).

100% AUTHENTIC

✦ Authenticity guaranteed for life

Item checked by hand in my authentication workshop. If a piece bought from me is ever identified as a fake, I refund it in full. Guarantee with no expiry date.

  • Inner label photographed (photo 4): reference F48414 and production date 03/14. March 2014, the run produced for the 2014-2015 season
  • Embroidered crest, not printed: the blue and white Bavarian lozenge is stitched thread by thread and the four gold stars are embroidered separately. On a copy, the crest is a flat heat-pressed patch
  • The bands are heathered, not solid: look at photo 3 — the burgundy and petrol blue are woven from blended yarn, with micro-variations in tone. That's the 2014 adidas knit, and it's exactly what copies render as a flat block of colour
  • "Mia san mia" printed under the back collar: the club motto, in discreet handwritten script, on the inner blue band
  • Real photos of the exact shirt for sale, never stock images — full method in my authentication guide

🛠️ Workshop note — The detail nobody looks at: the grey band at the hem. adidas wove it in a denser knit than the rest of the body, which makes it slightly thicker to the touch. It's also the first area to go dingy in the wash. Here it has stayed crisp and its tone is even from one side to the other — the best sign this shirt has barely seen a washing machine.

📖 Robben, the No.10 of Guardiola's Bayern

A white away shirt with horizontal bands, a long way from the usual red: Bayern 2014-2015 is one of the most recognisable shirts of the decade. And on the back, the name of a player who became inseparable from the club.

🏆 German champions, again. Bayern win the 2014-2015 Bundesliga — a third consecutive title, the second under Pep Guardiola.

💔 The spring injury. Arjen Robben got injured in April 2015 and missed the end of the season, including the Champions League semi-final lost to Barcelona. A season that could have been his.

⭐ Four stars above the crest. Bayern have worn them since 2010: one star for five German league titles, four for twenty.

🎨 White with bands, an exception — adidas stacked burgundy, white, petrol blue and grey right across the shirt. A graphic choice the club has never repeated since.

❓ Frequently asked questions about this shirt

Is the nameset original?

No, and I'd rather be straight with you: the shirt is 100% authentic, but the ROBBEN No.10 nameset is a premium reproduction that I applied by hand in my workshop, in the official font of the 2014-2015 season. That's an advantage: it's brand new, guaranteed not to crack or peel, whereas most period namesets still in place are tired after ten years.

And the Bundesliga patch on the sleeve?

Same thing: I applied it in the workshop at the same time as the nameset. So it isn't a period patch and it isn't proof of anything. What proves the shirt is authentic is the referenced label, the embroidered crest and the knit — not what was added afterwards.

How do you know it's really 2014-2015?

The inner label carries the adidas reference F48414 and the production date 03/14. March 2014 matches the run produced for the 2014-2015 season: the two pieces of information line up, and you can check the reference yourself.

Is the pulled thread under the collar a problem?

No. It sits at the back, just under the burgundy collar trim, and it's visible in photo 6. The knit isn't pierced: it's a thread that has shifted, not a snag. Once the shirt is on, you can't see it. It's the only reason I rate this shirt 9/10 rather than 10/10.

Has the white yellowed?

No, and it's the first thing I check on a light shirt of this age. No grey cast, no underarm marks, no yellowing on the collar. The photos are of the exact shirt for sale, taken as is.

How does this S fit?

Measured flat: 46 cm pit to pit and 70 cm long. A 2014 adidas S, so fairly narrow and short compared with current cuts. If you wear a S today and like a roomy fit, go one size up.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Sent within 48 working hours with Colissimo tracking (€5.99 in mainland France, free from €100). International rates and delivery times are detailed in my shipping FAQ. Returns accepted within 14 days if unworn.
