Italy 2014-2015 Away Long Sleeve Shirt - Pirlo No. 21 (XL)

The white is clean, with no yellowing at the collar or underarms, and the thin blue pinstripes are sharp. The gold-edged blue PIRLO 21 on the back and the 21 on the chest are intact. Just one thing to mention: a small light mark on one sleeve (photo 6), which will come out in the wash.

Pirlo's last World Cup

Andrea Pirlo had worn the 21 for Italy for years. A world champion in 2006 and a Euro 2012 finalist, he arrived in Brazil aged 35 as the brain of Cesare Prandelli's side.

14 June 2014, in Manaus. Italy beat England 2-1. For the first goal, Pirlo let the ball run through his legs for Marchisio, who struck from distance.

Two 1-0 defeats followed, against Costa Rica and then Uruguay, and the Azzurri went out in the group stage.

It would be Pirlo's last major international tournament. This white pinstriped shirt is the away kit of that campaign.
