Excellent condition
The red and orange halves are vivid, the fabric is soft with no snags, and the crest with its four embroidered stars is flawless. The only thing to point out: faint pinkish marks in the white of the number 9 on the back, visible up close and detailed below.

What you need to know about this piece
The name and number were applied in my workshop. Up close, you can make out faint pinkish marks in the white of the number 9, with no peeling or cracking (photo 6). They don't show when the shirt is worn, but I'd rather show them to you.
Icardi and the record-breaking season
Loaned by Paris Saint-Germain in 2022, Mauro Icardi made an instant impact in Istanbul and helped win the Turkish title. Galatasaray signed him permanently in the summer of 2023.
3 October 2023: at Old Trafford, Galatasaray beat Manchester United 3-2 in the Champions League. Icardi scores the winning goal.
In the league, the 2023-2024 season is historic: Galatasaray retain their title with 102 points, a Süper Lig record, and Icardi finishes as the league's top scorer.

Are the sleeve patches original?
No, the Champions League starball and the UEFA Foundation badge were applied in my workshop, along with the name and number. They are not used as proof of authenticity: the label, the crest and the fabric establish it.
What do the four stars stand for?
In Turkey, each star stands for five league titles. Galatasaray have worn the fourth since their twentieth title.
How can I check the shirt is authentic?
Search the reference FN0200-836 printed on the label: it should bring up the Galatasaray 2023-2024 home shirt. Also check the embroidery of the crest and stars.
How does this S fit?
On the slim side: 46 cm pit to pit and 70 cm long. If you're between two sizes, compare with a shirt you already wear.
