The red is bright and even, the white sleeves are clean, with no greying at the collar or underarms. The Emirates Fly Better sponsor and the ØDEGAARD 8 lettering lie perfectly flat, with no cracking. Just one thing to mention: a micro-snag in the knit on the back, barely visible even up close (photo 6). Nothing you will see when it is worn.

Ødegaard settles in London

Loaned by Real Madrid in January 2021, Martin Ødegaard won Mikel Arteta over within months. Arsenal signed him permanently in the summer of 2021, and he took the number 8.

2021-2022, a rebuilding season. After losing their first three league games, the Gunners climbed to 5th in the Premier League, two points short of the Champions League.
